Our Mission
Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy provides a rich Catholic environment that is rooted in the principles of Montessori and Classical education – while igniting a child’s love for God. The Montessori Elementary and Chesterton Academy work to meet the spiritual and educational needs of children and their families.
We offer a well-rounded education that develops strong intellectual habits
We promote character and leadership skills
We provide a supportive community fostering children and families to grow in virtue and holiness
We foster children’s love for God, using Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori approach to the spiritual formation of children ages 3-12
We are dedicated to the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical, and emotional well-being of children
We receive our support and guidance from Pro Ecclesia Sancta and the Catholic Advance Movement.
Our Purpose
To quench Jesus’ thirst for souls, Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy draws children into a deep relationship with Him through our Montessori and classical approach to education and formation. As they grow in this relationship, children internalize the truths of the Faith and defend it. We recognize parents as the primary educators of their children, as taught by the Church, and together we—parents, children, and teachers—build the Divine Reign in our souls, in the Church, and in the world.
