Tuition Schedule

Plan A: payment in full due September 1
Plan B: 1st payment due September 1; subsequent payments due by the 5th of each month from October through June.
Plan C: 1st payment due September 1; subsequent payments due by the 5th of each month from October through August.
Additional fees (family registration fee, book fees, etc) listed on Admissions page under Tuition and Aid.

Montessori Academy

First child grades TK – 6 Yearly Tuition: $4,000 All subsequent children grades TK -6: Yearly Tuition $3,600

Plan A: $4,000 per year (+ $3,600 each subsequent child)

Plan B: $400/mo/10 mos (+ $360/mo/10 mos each subsequent child)

Plan C: $333.50 /mo/12 mos (+ $300/mo/12 mos each subsequent child)

Chesterton Academy

First child grades 7-12 Yearly Tuition: $5,500 All subsequent children grades 7-12: Yearly Tuition $5,000 * If you use Chesterton books, add an additional $375 to yearly tuition

Plan A: $5,500 per year (+ $5,000 each subsequent child)

Plan B: $550/mo/10 mos (+ $500/mo/10 mos each subsequent child)

Plan C: $458.50 /mo/12 mos (+ $417/mo/12 mos each subsequent child)

Preferred Method of Payment *

Automatic bill pay: This option can be set up online or at your banking facility. Check made out to: Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy

Online Stripe Payment Plan: Make payment with credit card of 1-12 monthly payments. There will be a 2.9% charge for each transaction.

Monthly Check: Make check payable to Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy.

Friendly Reminders

Families must purchase school uniforms from contracted company or from local retailers.
Payments received after the first Friday of each month will be assessed a 10% late fee per student.
Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
If a student is withdrawn prior to the end of the school year, a 30-day notice and payment through those 30 days is required.
Up to date shot records must be on file with school before 1st day of attendance.
